Training Parameters
All our security personnel are trained in accordance to PSARA rules.
They are vetted and duly verified by the Police Department before deployment.
They are given additional training for specific duties required at client's premises.
Special emphasis is laid by us on gate house handling (including regulation of authorized entries of personnel/ vehicles/stores/ equipment etc.) patrolling, fire fighting, first aid, handling emergency situations, maintenance of documents, handling of communication systems etc.
Stages Of Training
- BASIC TRAINING - Initial training including technical know-how, personality development-grooming, personal hygiene and housekeeping and other mandatory norms.
- REFRESHER TRAINING - Briefing or refreshing the employees about their roles & job responsibilities just prior to the beginning of shift.
- CONTINUAL TRAINING - In order to enhance the job specific knowledge and development of employees for future.
- CUSTOMIZED TRAINING - This training is given on a regular basis. Specific training related to the nature of the job.
